From homemade bread and artisan pizzas to an array of pastas, salads, seafood, steak and Italian specialties, the food at Vincent's is entirely homemade and prepared in our open kitchen in full view of everyone who is dining with us.

A Vineyard with a Purpose
Atlantic breezes cool our vineyards creating a climate hospitable to a wide array of fascinating grape varieties. Our home is a beautiful plot of land in Bridgehampton that contains twenty-eight acres of vines, our small winery and tasting room. We source about fifty percent of our grapes from special sites and people on the North Fork.

WE ARE OPEN DAILY, YEAR-ROUND FROM 11-5.
If you wish to do a tasting, we recommend arrival by around 4:30 at the latest. As we are very small, we do not offer tours of the winery. You may visit without an appointment if you are a group of 6 or less.

No bus, van or limousines without appointment please.

If you'd like to make an appointment, please contact the winery in advance of the day you'd like to visit (no same day appointments) and we will do our best to accommodate your group.

Prime is the flagship of the Bohlsen Restaurant Group.
